From checking visitor’s wristbands to manning different stalls.

By helping us you will see firsthand how the festival is being organized, and you will learn to know about the organization and the members in a different way.

Being a gopher at Viencon, lunch, and dinner will be provided by the organization. It will be staff members, gophers, guests, and Viencon affiliates only BBQ. Where you can rest and chat with others while having food!

There is a buddy system where gophers and new gophers are being coached by Senior gophers or a staff member.

And last but not least you will be eligible as a gopher to stay at one of the gopher bungalows for a reduced price!

As a first-year new Gopher, we offer you a 10% discount on your entrance fee and bungalow.

As a returning 2nd year gopher you will get a 20% discount.

And in the third year, if you return as a gopher, you will get a 30% discount.

What we ask in return is to help out minimal 2 of the 3 days (or every day depending on what your preference is) Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

For at least 5 hours a day per day. So if you want to help out every day then this would be a total of 15 hours for example.

You will get a gopher T-shirt ordered per your size.
