The Artist Alley is for people who'd like to try out selling at a convention.

Artist Alley Sign Ups for VienCon are now open! 

There are a couple of things different from last year so please read carefully.

  • Inflation, blegh. Unfortunately we had to raise our prices, but we also kept it to a minimum of €5 for the full weekend and €2.50 for the pop up.

  • We're going to be a little stricter on AI, resellers, etc. So we want to see your stuff before accepting you.

  • We heard your feedback! Non-ticket holders can enter the market dome for food and drinks.

  • Booked a cottage? Then you'll get a discount on your table.

  • VienCon's artist alley is outside. We'll provide weather screens, but make sure to prepare as well because we're not liable for damage to your things.

Please keep in mind that Viencon is not accessible with public transport, unless you like walking with suitcases. If you're not using the VienCon shuttle buses, please arrange your own transport.

In short:

Non-ticket holders can now enter the Market Dome for food and drinks.

We don't allow AI. We don't allow traced work. This year we will be checking, so please prepare to show your work.

No "resellers". Got your stuff cheaply elsewhere and trying to resell it? Try bol.com instead.

No ticket? No pop-up artist alley slot. The Pop-Up artist alley is for those who've got a cottage and ticket only.

We expect to have room for everyone, but in case we do get a crazy amount of applications, we'll have to set up a wait list.

VienCon is not liable for damage or theft. Neither can we control the weather.

All the details: 

Prices and booth

- Viencon ticket is not required for a weekend artist alley booth.

- The price is €55,- for Viencon ticket holders and €85,- for non-ticket holders.

- The booth space is 1x1.20m. This is the amount of space on the table. The stall is 2.40m high with a roof. You will have around a meter of space behind you.

- The price is for 1x1.20 meter of booth surface space. If you require more space, you may book this up to 4 meters (4x1.20m).

- The tables are outside. Please be aware of the weather conditions. We will provide transparent rain sheets and the booths have a roof with a back cover.

Extra conditions

- Viencon is not accessible via public transport. If you're not using the shuttle buses, please arrange your own transportation.

- This year, NON-TICKET HOLDERS are allowed on the Viencon premises inside the market dome. 

- If you do not show up, you won't receive a refund on your table.

- You're not allowed to resell your table without notifying us. We want to check who is coming to Viencon, and please resell fairly.

Practical Info

- It's prohibited to stick or paste things to the table.

- No visible NSFW items.

- We are not liable for any theft and/or damages

- No AI or traced artwork may be sold. We have the right to refuse you if you do not comply.

Opening and set up times

- Artist Alley Opening times: Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 18:00. 

- Set-up/breakdown times: From 10:00 to 12:00 and 18:00 to 20:00.
