My name is Suiren ♡

I am the Head Maid of Fuji no En, quietly watching over our little garden café from behind the bar

While our maids and butlers welcome guests, you’ll usually find me surrounded by tea leaves, bottles, and recipe notes, making sure every detail is just right

I helped bring Fuji no En to life because I wanted to create a café where every moment feels intentional. From the peaceful atmosphere to the final sip of every drink. Though I prefer to stay behind the scenes, nothing makes me happier than seeing a guest discover their favourite beverage.

As Head Maid, I oversee the café’s daily operations and create our specialty drinks, always experimenting with seasonal flavours while making sure every cup is served with care

If you find a drink you especially love during your visit, there’s a good chance I had a hand in creating it.
