General
Where and when will Viencon be held?
Viencon's location is at Centerparcs de Limburgse Peel in the Netherlands. It will be held from Friday, August 30th, 4:00 PM until Sunday, September 1st, 6:00 PM. While Viencon ends on Sunday, the activities and facilities of Center Parcs remain available for everyone until Monday at 10:00 AM!
When can we check in and when do we have to check out?
You can check in on Friday at 4:00 PM and you have to check out on Monday, before 10:00 AM.
Can I wear my bag to the convention?
Yes, you can. We’ve found that it’s a hassle to have to put away your bags. However, safety comes first. So never leave your bag unattended and make sure it doesn’t block any paths.
Is Viencon Summer Festival accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, Center Parcs is accessible for wheelchair users.
Can we bring pets?
Yes, you’re allowed to bring up to two pets with you. There will be an extra fee which can be paid at the reception of Center Parcs when checking in.
Can I park my car in the vicinity?
Viencon visitors can park their cars near their bungalow. If there isn’t enough space, then you can park your car at the parking space of Center Parcs.

Is there an ATM?
Yes, there is one ATM at the Market Dome. It's best to come prepared with cash as this ATM can run out of money, unfortunately.
Wristband
Do I have to wear my wristband?
The wristband gives you access to all events and the pool. Viencon crew will check for it frequently so you have to wear it at all times on your wrist. The wristband has to be worn tightly around the wrist, so you can’t slip it off. You’re also not allowed to wear it on your bag or anywhere else but your wrist.
Can I pass my wristband to someone else?
No, when we notice that you’ve cut or manipulated the wristband, we will declare it invalid and you will be denied access to the convention and the cottage.
What if I lose my wristband?
If you can show that you’ve somehow torn your wristband by accident, then you can get a new one provided you have an e-ticket, valid ID, and the torn wristband. The new wristband has to be put on your wrist.
If you’ve lost your wristband completely, please contact one of the Viencon crew as this is handled case by case. There can be costs involved!
We could remove you from the park without a valid wristband. Please, don’t lose it.
Booking
We’ve booked a cottage, do we all have to check in together?
No, only the person (the main booker) who booked the cottage has to check everyone in. That person has to print the e-ticket out and have a valid ID with them. They will then receive all of the wristbands that can be handed out to the rest of the people in your cottage.
Which cottage types are there?
There are between 4-person to 8-person comfort cottages available and 4p VIP cottages.
Can we book specific cottages together?
No, but you can select the same zone. If the applicable cottages are in that zone.
Is it possible to cancel my booking?
Yes, it's possible to cancel, but depending on the date/time fees may apply.
If you cancel within 2 weeks after placing your booking, you might be able to get a (partial) refund depending on the following:
If you cancel within 2 weeks and there are still at least 8 weeks before the convention will take place, you are able to receive a full refund.
Cancellations that take place 2 weeks after placing your booking, but are still within 4-6 weeks timeframe before the convention will take place, will result in a 50% cancellation fee. This means you will be refunded half of your booking.
Cancellations made 4 weeks after your booking was placed or cancellations 4 weeks before the start of the convention will result in a 100% charge, meaning you are not eligible for a refund of any kind.
Can I cancel my ticket?
It is not possible to cancel a single ticket. It is possible to cancel the whole cottage at a cancellation fee.
Will you be selling day tickets?
No, we will not be selling day tickets.
